The Transitioning Youth Committee focuses on distributing information and resources designed to improve the outcomes of youth who are in transition from middle/secondary education to postsecondary education and employment.  Specifically, the Committee distributes information related to adult services and eligibility after a student exits school through the Provider Council’s website, bi-annual Transitioning Youth Fairs, and webinar series.
